Blue Cascade is a slender ceramic posy vase, individually handmade in my Doncaster studio.
Its tall, gently curved form is finished in soft blue-grey, rich cobalt and muted mauve, with the glaze flowing down the surface in delicate streams of colour. A softly dipped rim creates an elegant opening, revealing deeper blue tones within.
The glossy finish highlights the movement of the glaze, while natural variations in colour and the hand-shaped form add to its handmade character.
Designed to display a few favourite stems or to be enjoyed on its own, Blue Cascade brings gentle colour and a graceful silhouette to a shelf, bedside table or windowsill.
Dimensions: Approx. 5.5 cm width × 6.5 cm depth × 20 cm height
