Blush Bloom is a one-of-a-kind sculptural vase, individually handmade in my Doncaster studio.
Its softly flared form is finished in layers of blush pink, muted mauve, soft cream and smoky grey, with the glaze flowing naturally down the surface to create delicate variations in colour and tone. The gently undulating rim gives the piece an organic, flower-like quality.
The glaze continues into the interior, where the deeper tones and natural movement become particularly striking. Each variation in the glaze and hand-shaped form is unique to this individual piece.
Designed as a decorative statement piece, Blush Bloom brings soft colour and an elegant sculptural quality to a shelf, console or table.
