Winter Sky is a one-of-a-kind decorative ceramic apple, individually handmade in my Doncaster studio.
Its softly rounded form is finished in a beautiful flowing glaze, with layers of soft cream, misty blue and subtle touches of mauve and warm brown. A deep blue stem and coordinating leaf provide a striking finishing detail.
Designed as a decorative statement piece, Winter Sky looks beautiful displayed on its own or grouped with other handcrafted ceramics.
As each piece is individually handmade and glazed, the natural variations in form, colour and finish are part of its unique character.
